These terms and conditions govern the use of the Baily platform, a SaaS (Software as a Service) provided by Baily Corp FZE LLC, located at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

Article 3: Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on www.getbaily.com, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions without reservation. Article 4: Use of the Platform

The user agrees to use the Baily platform in accordance with local and international laws and regulations, as well as these terms. The user is responsible for the security of their password and for any activities conducted through their account. If the password is lost or stolen, the user must notify Baily immediately.

Article 6: Payment Terms

Payments on the platform are processed via Stripe, a third-party service provider. Transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of use. Baily is not responsible for any issues related to payments processed through Stripe.

The user agrees that Baily uses Stripe for recurring payments and other financial transactions. Payments are secure and comply with applicable payment security regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for U.S. users.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Baily platform, including copyrights and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Baily Corp FZE LLC. The user agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell the platform's content without prior permission from Baily.

Article 8: Privacy and Data Protection

Baily respects user privacy and protects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection and use of their personal data for service provision. Data collected may be shared with third parties, including for payments via Stripe.

Article 15: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts in Sharjah, UAE.

Article 16: Force Majeure

Baily will not be liable for any delays or failures caused by events of force majeure, as defined by applicable law.
